Please join us on March 15-17 for a seminar on Internal Power. Hiroshi Ikeda Sensei has been sharing his knowledge of this special use of the body with students in his Aikido seminars. Now, in this special seminar, Ikeda Sensei has structured a curriculum purely for the development and use of Internal Power. Joining him in instructing is John Burn Sensei, who has years of training not only with Ikeda Sensei, but also with Mike Sigman, another well-known practitioner and teacher of the internal arts.
This seminar will offer the opportunity to:
· Use the mind to control the body
· Discover an unknown power not normally used
· Control force with flexibility
· Explore the hidden power of Japanese martial arts
· Transform muscle strength to whole body strength
This seminar is for anyone with an interest in learning to use the body in a new way. Not only for martial artists, this seminar is for men and women of any age, especially seniors, veterans, those with disabilities, health care workers of all kinds…. Anyone with an interest in exploring power within the body. No uniforms necessary, wear casual clothes.

Hiroshi Ikeda Shihan
Boulder Aikikai: Boulder, CO
Hiroshi Ikeda is founder and chief instructor of Boulder Aikikai. He began his study of Aikido in 1968 at the Aikido club of Kokugakuin University in Tokyo. Upon graduation, he trained regularly at Hombu Dojo and at Saotome Sensei's Remeijuki Dojo. In 1978 he moved to the U.S., and in 1980 established Boulder Aikikai. Ikeda Shihan is affiliated to Hombu Dojo through Aikido Shimbokukai, of which he is a Board Member and Vice President.
He is one of the most sought after Aikido Instructors worldwide, and a frequent Instructor at aikido seminars in the U.S. and abroad.
